Emir begins his career in Bosnia, working on internal banking systems.
Transitions to international outsourced projects, gaining early exposure to global engineering standards.
Develops remote teamwork habits and builds a small but effective engineering network.

The Germany Phase
Relocates to Germany and joins KPMG, focusing on finance-oriented software systems.
Joins SAP, where he moves from senior engineer to system architect.
Gains deep expertise in scalable, cloud-native systems that handle massive user loads and data.
Simultaneously works on side projects, learning how to manage end-to-end software delivery.
Founds Tent Softlab in Germany and begins taking on independent clients.
Years 11+
Global Expansion from Spain
Moves with his family to Valencia, Spain, establishing a new HQ for Tent Softlab.
Builds a fully distributed engineering and delivery team across Europe and the MENA region.
Specializes in middleware, system integration, custom software development, and legaltech.
Expands into legal platforms, working on document automation, compliance workflows, and legacy system modernization.
